Oh, man! I had big plans to get a bunch of posts done during the holiday break from work. I was going to get the video tutorials edited and posted, I was going to post a long diatribe on the dangers of "technique", and was also going to post a couple of reviews of sculpting-related products I've bought recently.

As you can see, none of those ever got done. I underestimated my free time and also didn't expect another bout of sickness to make its way through my family (I just got on antibiotics for ear and sinus infections). I have been doing some sculpting, but haven't been good about taking pictures or posting updates. And to top it all off, tomorrow our annual family trek to Florida begins. I will have, at best, intermittent internet access and little to no ability to sculpt. I will be bringing a pencil and some sculpting putty with me, but based on past experience, I do not expect to find a lot of time to use either.

Anyway, until I return, I hope you have a great 2008! I may try to sneak in a status update before we leave if my schedule permits tomorrow, but no promises.
